“Say Their Names” is a bold and groundbreaking multimedia project that shifts the narratives of the Black lives lost unjustly to law enforcement and vigilante violence.
The stories told will serve to magnify the humanity of loved ones stolen from families who are working on healing every day. These families are the voices we need to hear. After the media leaves, and the coverage leaves, the pain persists. These families are victims too, so their resilience and their heart-wrenching experiences are the reason why we are building the SAY THEIR NAMES campaign.
“Say Their Names” is a call to action to feel more deeply the impact of the lives lost and how we can be a more moral society – one that is compelled to do better and be better and not see Black lives as unworthy and disposable.
The campaign goal is $50,000, with 2 months to go until it ends.
