Fox Schedules Blue Sky Special "Ice Age: The Great Egg-Scapade"

For those who cannot wait for the next Ice Age sequel (hitting theaters on July 22nd), Scrat, Manny, Sid,
Diego and a few new friends from the blockbuster animated franchise return a bit earlier for an all-new holiday adventure, Ice Age: The Great Egg-Scapade airing Sunday,
March 20th (7:30-8:00 PM ET/PT), leading into The Passion (8:00-10:00 PM ET
live/PT tape-delayed) on FOX.

In Ice Age: The Great Egg-Scapade  harried prehistoric bird mom Ethel (Taraji P. Henson, EMPIRE)
entrusts her precious, soon-to-hatch egg to Sid (John Leguizamo). When she
recommends him to her neighbors – a condor mom (Wendy
Williams), Cholly Bear (Gabriel Iglesias) and Gladys Glypto (Lili Estefan) – business booms at his new egg-sitting service.
However, dastardly pirate bunny Squint (Seth Green, FAMILY GUY), who is seeking
revenge on the ICE AGE gang, steals, camouflages and hides all the eggs. Once
again, with Squint’s
twin brother, Clint (Blake Anderson), assisting, Manny (Ray Romano), Diego
(Denis Leary) and the rest of the gang come to the rescue and take off on a
daring mission that turns into the world’s first Easter egg hunt.

During the special, there will be an exclusive
sneak peek at the upcoming theatrical feature Ice Age: Collision

Ice Age: The Great Egg-Scapade will arrive on Digital HD the day after broadcast at iTunes, Google Play,
Vudu, Amazon Video, Sony Playstation Store, Microsoft Movies & TV and MGo.

Ice Age: The Great Egg-Scapade is a production of Twentieth Century Fox Animation and Blue
Sky Studios. Lori Forte, Chris Wedge and Carlos Saldanha are executive
