In “Chelsea” fans will get to travel the globe with the host as she visits Russia, Japan, and Mexico City, goes across the U.S. and back again to Sony Pictures Studios, where she tapes in front of a live studio audience, to explore various subjects that matter most to the public.
Handler will also have special guests engaging in thought-provoking and hilarious conversations about topics like education, health, sports, parenting, international cultures, alternative lifestyles, politics, and more.
Chelsea also released her own special statement on her Twitter page where she addresses and congratulates herself on her latest gig: “You wanted a new show, you got it. You wanted to be on Netflix, you are. You wanted to spread your wings, now fly b****.”
“Chelsea” marks Netflix’s first-ever talk show and will consist of 30-minute episodes airing on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday’s at 12:01am PT. The program will premiere on May 11 and be available on the streaming service anytime after.
