The verdict is out, and the early consensus is that “Captain America: Civil War” rocks (read our review). But it’s still a few long weeks before it opens in the U.K., and stateside fans will have to wait another seven days beyond that to get their own taste. So for now, we’ll just to have to sit idly and let the promotion machine wash over us.
“This is an argument and a struggle with your family, for your family, and against your family,” Chris Evans told EW about the movie which pits Captain American and Iron Man on opposing sides. “I think it’s much more relatable, much more akin to [disputes] we have in life. Arguments with your family can be far worse than struggles with your enemy.”
And indeed, the fight scene below in a newly released clip shows just how personal the battle gets as Bucky fights Sharon Carter, Black Widow, and Iron Man.
“Captain America: Civil War” opens on May 6th. Watch the clip below, interviews with some ‘Civil War’ folks and check out the latest covers from EW.
