Every April Fool’s Day brings a couple major “pranks” from the nation’s largest companies. It’s simply too easy a PR grab to pass up, but every so often, someone does it very, very well. Netflix, in an attempt to promote both “Fuller House” and its slew of original documentaries, have combined the most *ahem* attractive elements of both in a faux doc trailer for “Stamos: A Human, Being.”
Starring the “star” himself, “Stamos: A Human, Being.” promises to be more than just an inside look at one of Hollywood’s most hair-conic worldwide brands. It’s a thorough examination of the man behind the scenes, not just the star.
Check out the trailer above, but don’t hold your breath for a feature-length version arriving anytime soon. And also go to Netflix for curated categories of content like “Comedies John Stamos Thinks Are Funny,” Recently Added By John Stamos,” “New Releases Which Suffer from a Distinct Lack of Stamos,” “Popular Like John Stamos Was In High School” and “TV Dramas That Made Stamos Feel Things He Hasn’t Felt In a Long Time.”
For more from Stamos, do not watch “Fuller House.” But you can watch the trailer, to hold yourself over.
