‘Mr. Robot’ Opens NYC Concept Store, Letting Fans ‘Hack’ an ATM For Money

The ATM will dispense up to $50 of real money if you figure out the four-digit code.

Season 2 of “Mr. Robot” doesn’t debut until next month, but if you’re needing a “Evil Corp” fix, a concept shop in New York called Story, has relaunched as a “Mr. Robot”-themed space.

Located at 144 10th Ave. at 19th Street, the store sells an assortment of gadgets, accessories and series merchandise. But the best thing located there is an “Evil Corp” ATM at the front of the store that, if you figure out the four-digit code, will dispense up to $50 of real money. The clues for the code are placed all around and according to The Verge, will probably change often.

The “Mr. Robot”-themed shop will run from now until July 24. The Verge has a handful of images  of the shop that show the outline of the space from all angles, merchandise available to buy, artwork created by Carly Chaikin, who plays Darlene on the show, and the E Corp ATM.

In the upcoming season, Elliot Alderson (Rami Malek) will have to deal with his own “infinite loop of insanity” after pulling the trigger on the hack and waking up in an SUV three days into the meltdown, with no recollection of the event. Meanwhile, the fsociety still plans to change the world.
