Fans of the Marvel and DC cinematic universes are in for a treat thanks to the new “South Park” role-playing game. Previewed at this year’s Electronic Entertainment Expo, “South Park: The Fractured but Whole” has Cartman and the gang taking on a a new mission: creating a billion dollar superhero franchise.

As shown in the trailer for the game, competing with Marvel and DC is easier said than done. Who gets their own solo movie, and who is relegated to a Netflix series? Everyone knows, “Not everyone gets their own movie!” The classic “South Park” meta-humor is already apparent in the clip, in this case taking a swing at Marvel’s introduction of “Black Panther.” According to Cartman, “We follow their plan! We do all the real people first, and then we sneak the black guy in during Phase 3!”

Since the group can’t decide how best to organize their own superhero franchise, “civil war” erupts between heroes and friends. In the game, players can choose sides and customize their own superheroes.

Those who pre-order “South Park: The Fractured but Whole” will receive a PC, Xbox One or PS4 copy of 2014’s “South Park” RPG “The Stick of Truth” for free. The game will be available December 6.
