With just over three weeks to go before Election Day, Michael Moore is throwing his hat into the political ring by announcing an “October surprise” that will see him return to movie theaters. The outspoken filmmaker has been making his political views very clear over the course of this Presidential race (he correctly predicted Trump would get the GOP nomination, while refusing to give Clinton support due to her vote for the Iraq War), but now he’s taking his thoughts to the big screen for what is bound to be a polarizing new project.

The director confirmed his new film on Twitter last night:

As for what exactly Moore has up his sleeve, New York City’s IFC Center confirms the project is titled “Michael Moore in TrumpLand.” The filmmaker will be in attendance at the theater tonight for an exclusive first look at 9:30pm ET. Tickets are free to the general public and go on sale at 8:30pm ET at the IFC Center box office. The film’s regular run starts tomorrow, October 19. Tickets are now sale here.

The theater’s official synopsis for the film reads: “See the film Ohio Republicans tried to shut down. Oscar-winner Michael Moore dives right into hostile territory with his daring and hilarious one-man show, deep in the heart of TrumpLand in the weeks before the 2016 election.”

“Michael Moore in TrumpLand” will be the director’s second film to hit theaters this year, following “Where To Invade Next” in February. No further release plans have been revealed.
