Midnight Texas

If you’re a fan of dark, supernatural shows with vampires and witches, NBC might have your new favorite series: “Midnight, Texas.”

Based on the best-selling book series by Charlaine Harris, author of the novels that inspired “True Blood,” Midnight, Texas is a place where being normal makes you strange and outsiders fit in. The series follows a wayfaring psychic (Francois Arnaud) after he ends up at the town and meets a vampire, a witch, an angel and a hitwoman. Midnight is known as a safe haven for those who are different, but the murder of one of their own makes the residents band together to fight off outside pressures. Check out the new trailer below.

The cast and executive producers, Owusu-Breen and David Janollari, are set to attend New York Comic Con on Saturday, October 8, where they will be premiering the pilot episode and hopefully more exciting new clips.
