“La La Land” proved victorious during the Critics Choice Awards (eight prizes, including Best Picture and Best Director) and the Golden Globe nominations (it’s competing in seven categories, including Best Picture – Musical/Comedy), but will its luck prevail at the SAG Awards? This morning, SAG-AFTRA President Gabrielle Carteris will join Sophia Bush and Common to announce the full list of SAG nominees, which honor the best acting in film and television.

While Emma Stone and Ryan Gosling are contenders for nominations in the lead acting categories for film, “La La Land” does not have the large ensemble that other films vying for the night’s biggest prize do. The SAG Awards could provide a big boost to movies like “Hidden Figures” and “20th Century Women,” two ensemble-driven dramas, while favorites “Moonlight” and “Manchester” should have no problem staying in the competition.

The awards announcement begins at 10am ET and will be live-streamed on the official SAG website and on truTV.com. Click here to view the stream. The event will also air live on cable via TNT, TBS and truTV.
