Wow, what an utterly disappointing list of winners, even more disappointing than the list of nominees. Sure, there were many 'good' films released this year, but how many were actually all that interesting?

These awards are a sham. Any movie appealing to a viewer's intellect has "spirit." They need to limit the awards to true independently made films made by true unknowns and shown at festivals across the US besides Sundance.
