I agree with your lineup but not your explanations and your ranking. IMO it will be:
1. Marion Cotillard, Rust and Bone
2. Jessica Chastain, Zero Dark Thirty
3. Emmanuelle Riva, Amour
4. Naomi Watts, The Impossible
5. Keira Knightley, Anna Karenina
