2014 Golden Globe Predictions: Best Foreign Film

The best foreign film race should look at least somewhat different than the Oscars, given the HFPA has a much more open system that allows for more than one film per country to be eligible.

Three films ineligible or snubbed for Oscar's foreign film category - "Blue is the Warmest Color," "The Past" and "The Wind Rises" - compete against two films likely to make Oscar's cut - "The Great Beauty" and"The Hunt" - in a stellar lineup and what should be one of the more interesting races to watch...
