1. Disney Research is trailblazing in the field of interaction design, allowing you to feel things that you can't see. They've created a device, Aireal, which allows you to feel things that you can't see, all through air pressure sent through air cannons. Check out the complete profile at Wired.
2. After Overstock.com decided to promote itself as a bookseller and to challenge Amazon's control of the book selling business, the company's sale to take 10% off Amazon book prices led Amazon to knock prices off its books, making some books cheaper to buy on hardcover than they were as Kindle e-books. 3. As unique Facebook web users went down for the first time in 2012 and Facebook's mobile use has skyrocketed over the same time, the future of Facebook is unsure. All of this is especially troublesome because the company is a publicly traded company. Jeff Stibel, a brain scientist, entrepreneur and author of Breakpoint: Why the Web Will Implode, Search Will Be Obsolete, and Everything Else You Need to Know about Technology Is in Your Brain has written an editorial at Wired that explains why Facebook needs to learn to simplify and not overwhelm its users.
4. The iPhone 5C, the cheap iPhone, may be a reality, according to Gizmodo, who received pictures that seem to show that Apple is busy making a cheaper version of its mobile device.
5. Finally, the Steve Jobs biopic, "Jobs," is following up its Instagram trailer and psychedelic poster with a Tumblr-inspired website that features lots of visuals.
