Altman and Trudeau Take a Visit to "Silicon Valley"

by indieWIREDirector Robert Altman ("The Player", "The Gingerbread Man") is developing aone-hour pilot with "Doonesbury"'s Garry Trudeau for ABC Television. Workingwith the title "Silicon Valley a.k.a. Killer App", it will be a nighttimesoap taking place in the high-tech world of Silicon Valley. The project is beingdeveloped with the Kushner-Locke production company, who has a deal with Altman'sSandcastle 5 Productions.Altman and Trudeau worked together before on "Tanner '88", a political dramaseries that was shown on HBO. Altman also recently executive produced anddirected the anthology series, "Gun", for ABC.

one-hour pilot with "Doonesbury"'s Garry Trudeau for ABC Television. Working
with the title "Silicon Valley a.k.a. Killer App", it will be a nighttime
soap taking place in the high-tech world of Silicon Valley. The project is being
developed with the Kushner-Locke production company, who has a deal with Altman's
