AMC Theaters to Unveil New Art-House Circuit

Today, AMC Theaters is planning to announce the launch of a network of theaters nationwide that will focus on art-house films, according to a Reuters report. The country's second largest theater chain will create a circuit of 72 screens in 39 markets, according to the story. At least one screen in select theaters will be devoted to such films, including "An Inconvenient Truth", "Little Miss Sunshine," and "A Prairie Home Companion".

    I would like to see some arthouses in the 'burbs and not in all the big cities. I won't go into the city, pay to park, put up with aholes and traffic to see a art movie. There are art movie fans that live in the surburbs ,too.
