Attention, Filmmakers: Get Your Short Horror Film Seen with 'Hellions' Contest

The team behind "Hellions" an upcoming Halloween horror film about a girl who is harassed by vicious trick-or-treaters, have announced their Hellions Horror Video Contest.

The team behind "Hellions" an upcoming Halloween horror film about a girl who is harassed by vicious trick-or-treaters, have announced their Hellions Horror Video Contest. 

The contest invites aspiring filmmakers to submit a two minute film, trailer or scene of any kind as long as it's scary and fits the theme: Red. Contestants have until Feb. 28 to submit. 

The first round of the competition will be judged by audience members who can vote to choose their favorite submissions. The final round will be judged by Bruce McDonald, director of "Hellions," director Rodrigo Gudiño, ("The Last Will and Testament of Rosalind Leigh") and director Jason Eisener ("Hobo with a Shotgun"). The winner of the contest will be invited to the "Hellions" premiere and will have their work featured in some context in the film.
