BAFTA Los Angeles Introduces Three-Year Scholarship Program

As a way of celebrating their twenty-fifth anniversay, the British Academy of Film and Television Arts Los Angeles has announced a new scholarship program for British graduate students studying in the United States. The annual program will grant one winner a scholarship of $15,000, a runner-up $5,000 and two honorable mentions will receive $1,500.

As a way of celebrating their twenty-fifth anniversay, the British Academy of Film and Television Arts Los Angeles has announced a new scholarship program for British graduate students studying in the United States. The annual program will grant one winner a scholarship of $15,000, a runner-up $5,000 and two honorable mentions will receive $1,500.

The program will be in effect for at least three years, starting in the 2012-2013 academic year. Any British graduate student studying disciplines related to the moving image at an accredited graduate school can apply.

Applications can be found on the BAFTA Los Angeles website (www.baftala.org) through April 30th.
