The well-known horror website and the management/production company announced Monday that they are partnering on a film finishing fund that would provide up to $100,000 and a shot at distribution through Bloody Disgusting Selects (“V/H/S,” “The Woman”) for chosen feature-length projects. The companies opened up for submissions April 30, with info available on the Bloody Disgusting site about the post-production needs they could help provide.
“We are very excited to support the next generation of talented independent filmmakers who are creating work outside of the Hollywood system,” said Collective partner Gary Binkow. “We believe this new breed of filmmakers are the future of genre filmmaking.”
