Buzzing About the Upcoming Al Gore Doc

by indieWIRE (April 19, 2006)

Davis Guggenheim‘s “An Inconvenient Truth,” featuring Al Gore and his struggle to raise awareness about global warming, is getting more and more buzz. (It debuted at Sundance this year and was subsequently acquired by Paramount’s unnamed specialty division). The film is expected to be on the list of movies screening at the Festival de Cannes when the lineup is announced Thursday. indieWIRE’s James Israel blogs about recent media coverage of the documentary and offers a link to the movie’s dramatic trailer.
