Believe it or not we were finally able to just hang out. Jeremy Barber took Kevin, Mike, Rob and myself to lunch at the Hotel Du Cap. After bragging about the party Ed and I went to a couple of nights before, the guys were anxious to see this little flat in the French countryside. The traffic was a bit hairy getting out there, but it made for great photo ops as we inched along the Riviera coastline. It's nice to get outside of Cannes where the tourist per cafe ratio is much lower. The sense of permanence from the surroundings never ceased to fill me with a feeling of nostalgia, even though I'm a Yank from the new country. The oldest dwelling in the states would be considered modern architecture to most of the locals here.
