Cooper stars as a writer who, at the peak of his literary success, discovers the price he must pay for stealing another man’s work. "The Words" will have its world premiere on January 27.
CBS Films plans a fall release.
The debut for writer-directors Brian Klugman and Lee Sternthal, "The Words" stemmed from a script that participated in the Sundance Screenwriter’s Lab and appeared on the annual Black List of Hollywood's best unproduced screenplays.
