dropping knowledge announced today its release of "Chocolate City -- We Are Here to Stay," at the Berlin International Film Festival. "Chocolate City," a short documentary by dropping knowledge cofounder and filmmaker Ralf Schmerberg, takes a look at New Orleans six months after Hurricane Katrina devastated the city.
