The South by Southwest Film Festival & Conference announced its final awards, with Joe Pickett and Nick Preuher's "Dirty Country" winning the documentary prize in the festival's "24 Beats Per Second" section, while Marcy Garriott's doc "Inside the Circle" taking the audience nod in the "Lone Star States" section. As previously announced, Jamie Babbit's "Itty Bitty Titty Committee" and Jennifer Venditti's "Billy the Kid" won best narrative and documentary features respectively in the jury prizes.
