Jones noted that Good Machine International, which is headed by David Linde, currently handles all foreign sales on USA movies.
signed on to direct two more pictures for Miramax Films. In a prepared
statement, Rozema said of the deal, "With 'Mansfield Park,' I was given the
support and freedom to make exactly the film I wished to make. They've
been wonderful artistic partners and I'm sure we are going to make some great
films together." Rozema and Miramax have a long history together, they
distributed her 1987 award-winning feature, "I've Heard the Mermaids Singing," when the company was just starting out. Rozema's past films include "When

Festival, has announced the formation of the Hollywood Digital Film
Festival. The new event, showcasing digital work, will take place online
and off. Three movies will be selected each month to be streamed online,
with the most popular movie screened monthly in a theater at Paramount
Studios. Monthly winners will be finalists at the 2000 Hollywood Film
