"Dandelion," "Necessities" Lead Sonoma Fest Winners

The 12th Annual Sonoma International Film Festival has announced the winners of its competition tonight. This year's Festival featured more than 75 films including features, documentaries and short films from 22 countries. Check out Mike Jones' recap of the fest here.
