Watch: Daniel Radcliffe Shows That Harry Potter is No Good At Love in This First Trailer for Romantic Comedy 'What If'

"What If," previously known as "The F Word" (a much better title), is an upcoming romantic comedy starring Daniel Radcliffe as a quirky Brit who is friend-zoned by the equally quirky Zoe Kazan, who wrote and acted in the 2012 film "Ruby Sparks."

In the trailer we see the romance unfold--or not--between the two characters. It all looks rather formulaic, but Radcliffe, Kazan and a wonderful supporting cast which includes Adam Driver, seem capable of making the best of the material. "What If" is directed by Michael Dowse and premiered last year's Toronto International Film Festival.

"What If" will have a limited U.S. release on August 1.
