"Day Night Day Night" Wins Montreal Nouveau Fest Prize

Julia Loktev's "Day Night Day Night" won the top prize at the 35th edition of the Festival de Nouveau Cinema in Montreal, with Jiens Lien's "The Bothersome Man" and Sophie Deraspe's "Rechercher Victor Pellerin" awarded a special mention at the festival. The event's acting award went to Kate Dickie in Andrea Arnold's "Red Road", while Florian Henckel von Donnersmarck's "The Lives of Others" won the People's Choice Award.
