Drafthouse Films Acquires Filipino Crime Thriller 'Graceland'

Drafhouse Films has acquired North American rights to the Filipino crime saga "Graceland," a winner at this year's Tribeca Film Festival where it received an audience award in the Cinemania section. Expect to see it in theaters and on VOD sometime next year. Written and directed by Ron Morales, "Graceland" depicts "a desperate man's infinite moral compromises amidst a tale of kidnapping gone horribly wrong," according to Drafthouse. The film is set to have its Texas Premiere at this year's Fantastic Fest, running September 20-27.
