Woody Allen's "Magic in the Moonlight" is set to open this summer and today, casting news on the filmmaker's next project has surfaced.

Variety reports that Emma Stone (who stars in "Magic") and Joaquin Phoenix have signed on for the currently untitled pic. As always, Allen is expected to write, produce and direct. Shooting is said to commence in July.

Stone can currently be seen in "The Amazing Spider-Man 2," while Phoenix will soon appear in James Gray's "The Immigrant," which opens May 16th.

"Magic in the Moonlight" opens in select theaters July 25th.
