"Atmen" and "Michael" Among European Film Awards' 2011 European Discovery Nominees

The 24th European Film Awards has released the nominees for this year's European Discovery award, which is given annually to an up-and-coming director for his/her first feature film. Among the nominees are Markus Schleinzer's "Michael" and Karl Markovics' "Atmen."

The 24th European Film Awards has released the nominees for this year's European Discovery award, which is given annually to an up-and-coming director for his/her first feature film. Among the nominees are Markus Schleinzer's "Michael" and Karl Markovics' "Atmen."

The ceremony will take place December 3 in Berlin.
