European Film Awards Announce Short Film Nominees

The nominations in the short film category of the European Film Awards were announced at the International Short Film Festival in Drama, Greece this morning. The short film initiative is organized by the European Film Academy in co-operation with a series of film festivals throughout Europe. At each of these festivals, an independent jury presents one of the European short films in competition with a nomination in the short film category of the European Film Awards.

The nominations in the short film category of the European Film Awards were announced at the International Short Film Festival in Drama, Greece this morning. The short film initiative is organized by the European Film Academy in co-operation with a series of film festivals throughout Europe. At each of these festivals, an independent jury presents one of the European short films in competition with a nomination in the short film category of the European Film Awards.

The nominees will now be presented to the over 2,500 members of the European Film Academy and they who will vote on the overall winner, which will be presented at the 24th European Film Awards Ceremony on December 3rd in Berlin.
