Exclusive Clip: Dark Scandal in 'Kids for Cash'

After positive feedback on the festival circuit and a successful trailer premiere, "Kids for Cash" opens in theaters this month. This chilling chronicle of a scandal is a documentary directed by Robert May ("The War Tapes," "The Station Agent" ).

Delving into the judicial scandal that followed the shootings at Columbine High School, "Kids for Cash" covers stories of ruined lives. Soon after the tragedy, a judge cranks down on high school kids to keep them in line. But while some parents celebrated this taking of new measures, those who began to raise questions uncovered corruption, schemes, and millions in kickbacks.

Why are not those industry representatives who paid the judges the illegal bribes or kickbacks prosecuted? I know they have been successfully sued, but the real deterrent to this crime should be their prosecution as well. Or are illegal payers above the law?
