Exclusive: Factory 25 Nabs U.S. Rights To the Zellner Bros.' 'Kid Thing'

Factory 25 has acquired U.S. rights to the Zellner Brother's festival favorite, "Kid Thing." Factory 25 has acquired U.S. rights to the Zellner Brother's festival favorite, "Kid Thing." The modern-day fairy tale that follows Annie, a rebellious 10-year-old girl living on the outskirts of a small town, virtually devoid of parental guidance, has played everywhere from Sundance to Berlin.

The company plans to premiere it theatrically in New York on May 24th, followed by a national release. The film will also be available on VOD that same day.
