Heading to Tribeca this year is new short film about love and technology. "APP" follows Paul, a shy engineer who has just invented an app to function as a virtual wing-woman in social venues and nights out. The problem is, he needs investors - and in order to land one, he must prove his app's aptitude by using it to seduce the hottest girl at the bar.
This short film by Harvard grad Alexander Berman won the Alfred P. Sloan Production Grant and will make its debut at Tribeca Film Festival. Check out the trailer below.
