Fortissimo Films announced today that it has acquired all international rights (except China) to "Nanking," which was produced by Ted Leonsis and directed by Bill Guttentag and Dan Sturman. The film had its world premiere at this year's Sundance Film Festival in the Documentary Competition category. "'Nanking' is an incredibly powerful film told in a creative and compelling way," said Fortissimo's Wouter Barendrecht in a prepared statement. "It is impossible not to be deeply moved by the material. We look forward to sharing this film with international audiences." [Amy Bronson]
