Frameline is now accepting submissions for the 2011 Frameline Completion Fund, which provides grants ranging from $1,500 to $5,000 to emerging and established filmmakers working with LGBT themes in documentary, educational, narrative, animated and experimental projects. The deadlines for submission is October 31, 2011.

Dear Filmmakers, Community Partners, Programmers, and Friends of Frameline:
We are delighted to announce that Frameline is now accepting submissions for the 2011 Frameline Completion Fund.
The Frameline Completion Fund provides grants to emerging and established filmmakers. Grants ranging from $1,500 to $5,000 are available for films that represent and reflect LGBT life in all its complexity and richness.
Submissions are being accepted for documentary, educational, narrative, animated or experimental projects about LGBT people and their communities. The Fund also seeks to bring new work to under-served audiences; with this in mind, we especially encourage applications by women, people of color and transgender persons.
Application Deadline: October 31, 2011
