"Friends" Wins Best Feature at Comedy Fest

At the recent U.S. Comedy Arts Festival, Nicole Holofcener's "Friends With Money" won the prize for best feature from the fest jury, while Niall Johnson's "Keeping Mum" won the best screenplay prize. Bruce Leddy's "Shut Up and Sing won the audience award. Tim Skousen's "The Sasquatch Dumpling Gang," recently acquired by Sony BMG, was a double award winner, nabbing prizes for both best director and best actor (Justin Long). The best actress prize went to Olivia Wilde for her role in Scott Lew's "Bickford Shmeckler's Cool Idea." For more information, check out the festival's website.
