For those whose knowledge of camera models is not encyclopedic, it would have been useful to divide this list into film & digital categories, and perhaps to divide the digital cameras by resolution. Aspect ratios would be of interest, as well.

Prince Avalanche, Before Midnight & Magic Magic also shot Alexa. Fruitvale did Super 16 with the Arriflex 416. Sweetwater was Panavision 35mm, but not sure which camera.

UPSTREAM COLOR was shot on a Panasonic GH2. You can Google "Upstream Color GH2" for a number of references to this, and can also see a picture of Shane with the GH2 on his IMDb page.
