The grandest awards show of them all may have revealed their list of what they believe to be the best films of the year yesterday, but as is often the case with the Oscars, the box office shows a very different view of the matter. While commercial hits "Gravity" and "American Hustle" dominated the nominations, many box-office underdogs such as "Her" and "Nebraska" managed to make cut to fight it out with the big dogs.
