H'wood Reporter: Producers Guild eyes Herskovitz for top job

Filmmaker Marshall Herskovitz is in the running to take over as president of the Producers Guild of America, as Kathleen Kennedy prepares to step down after five years in office, sources said Monday. He has been tapped by the guild's nominating committee to run for the post. Other would-be candidates have until May 12 to petition to run in the election, which will also decide other officer slots. Jesse Hiestand reports.
