AFI Fest, which just wrapped last night with Steven Spielberg's "The Adventures of Tintin," attracted some of film's brightest stars to Los Angeles for its annual event. Everyone from Leonard DiCaprio and Clint Eastwood (in town for the world premiere of "J. Edgar") to Pedro Almodovar and Antonio Banderas (Almodovar was the festival's guest Artistic Director) were among the many faces to make appearances.

In New York, Harvey Weinstein was out in full force promoting the upcoming release of his Oscar-hopeful biopic "My Week With Marilyn." Michelle Williams' co-star in the film, Dominic Cooper ("The Devil's Double"), was on hand at the opening of "Picturing Marilyn," a photo exhibit hosted by The Weinstein Company and DIOR, to lend his support to the project.

We couldn't help but ask him about what he thought of Williams' much touted turn as Monroe. "She must have been terrified," he told to Indiewire. "But you have to do that stuff. That's why we all do it. You have to be terrified about failing. Watching her do it was really enlivening and a lesson to us to keep doing that. You must keep challenging yourself and be prepared to crash and burn. I think people are going to be astounded." Only time will tell. "My Week With Marilyn" opens in select theaters November 23.
