Although the gala opening wasn't until last night at the Winter Garden in Manhattan, the Tribeca Film Festival was already underway Monday night with the filmmaker's party co-sponsored by the fest and the New York Production Alliance at 99 Hudson Restaurant and Lounge. The next morning, festival co-founder Robert DeNiro participated in a press conference kicking off the event with executive director Peter Scarlet and co-founder Jane Rosenthal.

From "Bomb the System," producer Ben Rekhi, along with director Adam Bhala Lough and producer Sol Tryon. The trio attended the filmmaker's party co-hosted by the festival and the N.Y. Production Alliance at 99 Hudson Restaurant and Lounge Monday night. Their film is screening in competition at the fest.
