The 15th Annual Austin Film Festival (AFF) announced its festival programming, including its annual screenwriter's conference, and approximately 190 feature and short films including World, U.S. and Regional premieres. "This is very possibly the most exciting film lineup we've ever put together," said Kelly Williams, AFF Film Program Director, in a statement. "From our Comedy Vanguard program, spotlighting emerging comic voices, to event screenings with Charlie Kaufman, Danny Boyle and David Wain, to a stellar lineup of shorts that truly represents the best that's out there, this is a film program that we're confident audiences are going to appreciate and embrace." The program includes David Wain's "Role Models," Charlie Kaufman's "Synecdoche, New York," Paul Schrader's "Adam Resurrected," Mike Leigh's "Happy-Go-Lucky," Greg Kohs's "Song Sung Blue," Danny Boyle's "Slumdog Millionaire."
