iW NEWS | Celluloid Takes Non-North American Rights to Venice's "Vegas" and "Valentino"

Venice '08 titles "Vegas: Based on a True Story" by Amir Naderi and "Valentino: The Last Emperor" by Matt Tyrnauer have been added to Celluloid Dreams' fall slate. "Vegas," which will screen September 1 at the Venice Film Festival centers on a family living on the outskirts of Las Vegas. Celluloid is handling rights outside North America which is being handled by Cinetic Media. "Valentino," about the couturier, will screen August 28 in Venice. Richard Klubeck of UTA is handling North American rights, while Celluloid will represent in the rest of the world. [Brian Brooks]
