Visit Films has acquired international rights to Azazel Jacob's Sundance breakout "Momma's Man." The film, which also screened recently at New Directors/New Films, was acquired domestically by ThinkFilm earlier this year. "This film represents the evolution of current American independent cinema," said Visit's Ryan Kampe and Sylvain Tron in a statement. "It has such a strong footing in classic cinema and yet feels so fresh and daring." Visit will premiere the film during the Marche du Film at the Cannes Film Festival for international buyers.
