Jagger and Europa Corp Making Animated Movie (with Stones' music)

EuropaCorp and Mick Jagger's Jagged Films have announced a deal to co-produce "Ruby Tuesday", a new animated film that will be written and directed by Paul and Gaëtan Brizzi. Described as, "A Faustian tale of a single mother searching for happiness in New York," the film will include a dozen Rolling Stones songs. EuropaCorp and ICM are representing the film in North America. The Brizzi Brothers created "Fantasia 2000"’s Firebird Suite segment, as well as "Asterix vs. Caesar". The film is set to go into to production later this year and is scheduled for a winter 2000 worldwide release, according to an announcement.
