LAT: Indie Films Having Fall Bust

"It's as bad a fall as I've ever seen," Focus Features head James Schamus tells The Los Angeles Times. After touting October as the "new December" in terms of Oscar flicks, indie Hollywood is having a terrible time getting their films out there, with no hits among the abnormally large group of films to come out in the past six weeks or so.
