Awards for the 4th Annual South by Southwest film festival were
announced yesterday in an informal ceremony. Here are the results:
NARRATIVE FEATURE COMPETITION:
Winner -- "Shooting Lily", Directed by Athur Borman
Honorable Mentions -- "Purgatory County", Directed by George Ratliff and
"Chocolate Babies", Directed by Stephen Winter
DOCUMENTARY FEATURE COMPETITION
Winner -- "Letter From Waco", Directed by Don Howard
Honorable Mention -- "Battle for the Minds", Directed by Steve Lipscomb
NARRATIVE SHORT COMPETITION
Winners (tie) -- Le Lion et L'Agnneau" ("The Lion and the Lamb"), Directed by Luc Beauchamp and "A Small Domain", Directed by Britta Sjogren
DOCUMENTARY SHORT COMPETITION
Winner -- Real Indian, Directed by Malinda Maynor
