ASI Entertainment, one of the oldest entertainment research firms in
America, merged with ASI's European sister company, The TV Strategy Group,
and Broadcast Research Ltd. The new company will be staffed by executives
from each of the companies. Broadcast Research, the largest market research
agency in Britain, will oversee international operations.
